What we cannot help with
Because we're a retailer rather than the manufacturer, we can't answer detailed engineering or warranty-service questions about how RoboTwist is built — those belong with the product's own manufacturer, as noted in our Disclaimer. Response expectations
Written enquiries sent by email are normally acknowledged within two business days, and substantive replies follow as quickly as the question allows. Privacy requests are handled within the timeframes described in our Privacy Policy. Enquiries received over a weekend or a public holiday are picked up on the next business day.
Telephone enquiries are answered during business hours in Western European Time, which may not overlap with a full US business day — email is usually quicker for readers in North America.
