Privacy Policy

Last updated . What xelorbit.com collects, what your cart and checkout preview do (and don't do) with your information, and how to reach us about it.

xelorbit.com is operated by Origo Dekor Kft. This policy covers this website only, including its product page, cart, and checkout preview.

Your Cart

When you add RoboTwist to your cart, the product, color, quantity and price are saved in your browser's own local storage so your cart is still there if you come back or move between pages. This information stays on your device — it is not sent to us or to any third party, and we have no visibility into anyone's cart contents. Clearing your browser's site data, or using a different browser or device, will clear it.

Checkout Is a Design Preview

The checkout page on this website is a design preview, not a live payment system. When you fill in the checkout form:

  • Nothing you type — including your name, address, phone number, or payment details — is transmitted to us, to a payment processor, or to any server.
  • No payment is charged or processed, because there is no connected payment processor.
  • Card details are never written anywhere, not even to your own browser's storage.
  • A small amount of order-level information (the items in your order and the totals) is kept temporarily in your browser so the confirmation page can display it, and it is cleared when you close the browser tab.

In short: placing an order on this site is a working demonstration of a checkout flow, and no real transaction takes place.

Information We Do Collect

We collect personal information only when you choose to give it to us:

  • Contact details you submit — your name, email address, chosen subject and message, when you write to us or use the form on our contact page.
  • Correspondence — the content of emails and any follow-up exchange, kept so we can answer you and keep a record of the request.

Like most websites, we and our service providers automatically receive limited technical information when a page loads, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the date and time of the visit. This is used in aggregate to operate and secure the website, and we do not attempt to use it to identify an individual visitor.

How We Use Information

  • To respond to enquiries and privacy requests you send us
  • To operate, secure and troubleshoot the website
  • To understand, in aggregate, how the website is used
  • To meet legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are used in California law. We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Cookies and Local Storage

This site uses a small number of cookies and browser storage mechanisms:

  • Strictly necessary — including the record of your cookie banner choice, so we do not ask again on every page, and your cart contents (described above). Both are stored locally in your browser.
  • Analytics and preferences — to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used. These are set only where you have accepted non-essential cookies via the banner.

You can accept or decline non-essential cookies using the banner shown on your first visit. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time, and browsers offer a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal; where we receive a Global Privacy Control signal we treat it as a valid opt-out request.

Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of providers to run this site, who process limited information on our behalf: web hosting and content delivery (to serve pages and maintain server logs), analytics (to produce aggregate usage statistics), and email (to receive and reply to your correspondence). These providers are permitted to use information only for the purpose of providing their service to us.

Data Retention

Correspondence and its associated contact details are kept for as long as needed to resolve the matter and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping — generally no more than 24 months — unless a longer period is legally required. Server logs are kept for a short operational period. Cart and checkout-preview data live only in your own browser, as described above, and we never receive a copy of them.

Data Security

The website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, access to correspondence is limited to people who need it, and our providers are selected on the basis of their own security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we take these steps seriously we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information through the contact form.

Children's Privacy (Under 13)

This website is intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Your US Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident — and, as a matter of policy, if you are a resident of any US state with comparable legislation — you have the following rights:

Right to Know

You may ask what categories of personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it, and with which categories of provider it has been shared.

Right to Delete

You may ask us to delete personal information we hold about you, subject to the exceptions the law allows — for example where we must retain a record to comply with a legal obligation.

Right to Correct

You may ask us to correct personal information you believe is inaccurate.

Right to Opt-Out

You may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law, so there is nothing to opt out of — but you may still submit the request, and we will confirm our position in writing. You may also decline non-essential cookies at any time using the banner or your browser settings.

Non-Discrimination

We will not deny you access to this website, degrade its quality, or treat you differently in any way because you exercised a privacy right.

How to Submit Privacy Requests

Send your request by email to origodekorkft@gmail.com with the subject line “Privacy Request”, or write to Origo Dekor Kft., Nekcsei Demeter u. 7., H-6000 Kecskemét, Hungary. You may also telephone 36 70 369 89 33.

Please tell us which right you are exercising and include enough information for us to locate the relevant records. We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 calendar days, extending once by a further 45 days where a request is complex — we will tell you if that happens. An authorised agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission.

Changes to This Policy

We update this policy when our practices or our providers change. Updates are published on this page with a revised date at the top. Where a change is significant, we will make it prominent on the website.

Any question about this policy can be sent to origodekorkft@gmail.com, or through the options on our contact page.
